Pursuant to your usage of the MIXIT application (the "Application"), AkzoNobel Coatings International B.V. and/or its affiliated companies ("AkzoNobel") may process your username for the following purposes: to identify and contact you; fulfil the obligations under the Software & Database User Agreement regarding the Application entered into by AkzoNobel Coatings International B.V.and [Customer] (the "Agreement"), as well as agreements related thereto; detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; provide (improvements on) assistance to you in using the Application; better understand [Customer]'s processes and improve its business; provide [Customer] with information pertaining in general to your performance and specifically regarding the colours searched and mixed by you; and on an aggregated basis, use the non-personal information derived from your username for marketing purposes.
Your username and any affiliation with other data such username may have will be erased by AkzoNobel after you have not used the Application for more than twelve (12) months.
